In September 2024, we completed an update to Online and Mobile Banking. As a result, all Quicken® and QuickBooks® users need to take action to ensure a smooth transfer of data connectivity
On this page, you will find important action dates along with conversion instructions and how-to videos. This is a two-step process all Quicken and QuickBooks users will need to complete to ensure your data connects smoothly after the updated URL is linked.
Ensure a data file backup and a final transaction is downloaded. Please make sure you complete the final download to ensure transaction history is available.
Carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken and QuickBooks account set-up with the new connection. Below you will find instructions for Quicken, and QuickBooks.
