4 Great Reasons Why You Should Work Here

Growth Is Our Mindset

You'll be encouraged to take online classes, shadow other departments, and personally meet with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team for one-on-one coaching. You'll learn about other areas of the credit union outside of your home department or branch. We don't just want you to succeed at the credit union, we want you to reach all your personal and professional goals. That's why we offer a generous tuition reimbursement program! And every employee has the opportunity to go through the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) to earn their Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation. No matter what position you hold in the organization, we make your growth a priority.

Community Impact

We believe in being engaged and active members of our communities. Throughout the year you'll have many opportunities to participate in events and give back. Here are just a few of the many organizations we support:

Work Hard, Play Hard

Commitment, heart, and maximum effort are what we deliver for our members and each other every day. But we're not all work and no play. We are a diverse organization with a lot of personality. Laughter, fun, friendly competition, and food fuel our drive!

  • Summer Employee Outing
  • Staff Field Day
  • Employee competitions (typically with prizes and always with bragging rights) - decorating, costumes, athletic feats, food...there's a little something for everyone
  • Employee appreciation and holiday events
  • Wellness Committee sponsored activities to promote mental and physical health

Changing Lives Daily

Every day is an opportunity to make a difference! We don't just take care of financial needs...we take care of the person. A hello and a smile, chatting about a birthday, or asking questions when something doesn't seem quite right - we don't do transactions, we have real conversations. From first cars and forever homes to second chances and budget advice, we touch members' lives. Whether someone is starting or starting over, we're ready to meet them right where they are in their financial journey. No goal is too big or too small. If it's important to our members, it's important to us!

Great Employees Deserve Great Benefits

We take care of our employees so they can achieve their goals today, tomorrow, and at every stage in life!
