Complete the Automatic Payment Dispute Form to dispute an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction withdrawn from your AACU account. The transaction must clear your account first before a dispute can be filed.

Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Form to set up a recurring automatic monthly payment to your AACU loan from your account at another financial institution. You will need the account number and routing number of the financial institution you are withdrawing the payment from to complete this form.
To make changes to an existing automatic loan payment, complete this form with your updated information and we will make the change for you. Your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.
Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Cancellation Form to stop your recurring automatic monthly payment to your AACU loan. To cancel an automatic loan payment, your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.
Complete the Extended Overdraft Coverage Form or call us at 800.223.1983, if you would like to opt-in or opt-out of Premium Overdraft Extended Coverage on your AACU account. By opting into Premium Overdraft Extended Coverage, this will allow you to overdraw your account up to a disclosed limit for a fee on checks, ACH transactions (automatic debits), recurring debit card transactions, online bill pay items, teller window transactions, ATM transactions, everyday debit card transactions, and telephone and internet banking transactions. By opting out of Premium Overdraft Extended Coverage, you will remain in Premium Standard Overdraft Coverage to include all transactions above except ATM and everyday debit card transactions.
Complete the Premium Overdraft Service Opt-Out Form or call us at 800.223.1983, if you would like to opt-out of Premium Overdraft Service on your AACU account. By opting out of Premium Overdraft Service, transactions may be declined, resulting in additional fees.
