Your New Look

On December 5, you'll enjoy a more user friendly experience - right at your fingertips!

It's simple: you deserve the best. One of the ways we continue to offer you, our members, best-in-class service is to be first in line to offer the latest technology. In 2024, you'll gain access to a more personalized online banking experience. To prepare for this enhancement, the first step is a minor shift in the navigation bar from the left to a top navigation menu. 

Don't worry, all your account information will remain the same, and while we've consolidated a few options, all the features you know and love will still be available to you.  

 

 

The Short and Simple

Upgrades should help you, not hurt you, so here's what you can expect from your more user-friendly online banking experience starting December 5:

What's Staying The Same:

  • Account Information - your account information, account numbers, and account nicknames will remain the same
  • Account Login - your login credentials for online and mobile banking will remain the same
  • Bill Pay - your bill payees and automatic payments will remain the same
  • Automatic Transfers And Direct Deposit - all automatic transfers, scheduled transfers, and direct deposits will remain the same
  • Features - all core features such as CardSwap™, ClickSwitch, Zelle®, opening a new account, applying for a new loan, and more will remain available, just located underneath a new top navigation menu category.

The New Look: 

  • Navigation Menu - The left-side navigation menu will be found at the top, like more modern, user-friendly websites
  • Menu Categories - The top navigation menu will feature new drop-down menu options, allowing easy navigation and access to the features you need most. All online and mobile banking features will still be available to you, however, you may find a few of your favorites under a new menu. Check out the full breakdown below.
 

 

The New Menu

While online and mobile banking may have a new look and feel, it's important to note the core functionality will remain the same. You will still be able to perform all the tasks, and transactions, and have access to all your favorite features such as CardSwap™, Zelle, ClickSwitch, opening a new account, applying for a loan, and more with the new upgraded top navigation layout. 

This upgrade is the first of two upgrades to online and mobile banking. As online banking technology continues to evolve, so does our online and mobile banking experience. One of the ways we continue to offer you the best-in-class online banking experience is to be early adopters of technology releases as they happen.

In 2024, a second round of upgrades to online banking will happen, giving you a more personalized and custom experience. As a first step towards the second upgrade, coming in 2024, we must first change the navigation from a side navigation menu to a top navigation menu. The new look and design will enhance your experience and make it more intuitive. Although the navigation has moved to the top, the options remain the same.

Below you will find the new top navigation categories followed by features and functions located within the different categories. 

  • Transfers & Payments - Funds Transfer, Loan Payments, Member to Member, Manage External Transfer, Zelle, Bill Payer, Online Activity Center, Credit Card Payments
  • Business Services - Payments, ACH, Users
    Please Note: This category will appear for business members only.
  • My Credit - Credit Overview, Credit Score Factors, Credit Report, Alerts, Score Simulator, Debt Analysis
  • Services - ClickSwitch, CardSwap, Dividend Interest Summary, Loan Payoff Calculator, Loan Payment Coupon, Check Stop Payment, Reorder Checks, Overdraft Enrollment
  • Open & Apply - Open An Account, Apply For Mortgage, Apply For a Loan
  • Settings - Update Contact Info, Account Preferences, Security Preferences, Text Enrollment, Mobile Authorizations, Accessibility
  • Locations - AACU, CO-OP Shared Branches
  • Estatement
  • Notifications - Alerts, Messages, My Offers, Push Notifications
